DIY DIY Mod Podge Hangers

Before today, I had never decoupaged anything inward my life. I bought a pocket-size affair of Mod Podge finally December, but pretty much simply stared at it longingly for the by 8 months, waiting for it to speak to me as well as say me what to do. Because I had no idea.

7. Mod Podge (I used the matte finish.)

Step 1:

I used my exacto knife to cutting a slice of wrapping newspaper to live slightly larger than the size of my hanger.
